The York team raced at Burnholme Estate on Beck Lane in Heworth on the outskirts of York. Their inaugural meeting took place on 25th October 1930 but was only a demonstration event. The team continued to offer Demonstration events in 1930 and Open racing in 1931. The final race took place on 12th August 1931. | |||

The York speedway team raced at York Stadium on Pool Lane in the village of Green Hamerton. It held its first meeting on 14th September 1980. It only operated at the venue for a short period, holding its final meeting on 19th July 1982. | |||
